Udale Speciality Foods is a family owned business run by brothers, Ian and Neil Udale. The company was founded by their great grandfather in 1905. Chez Nous will be purchasing many of their superb cuts of meat such as Chateaubriand, wing ribs, fillets and lamb racks.
