I'm Paul Lehmann - and I've been the General Manager here for over a year. I have been working in hospitality for as long as I can remember - and I've had the privilege of working in some amazing places like The Goring Restaurant in London and The Lime Tree in Didsbury as well as several places in Germany. I can honestly say that I love my job - the people, the food and the fact that no two days are ever the same!

We've started this blog as we want to keep you up to date with our news, give you a bit of an insight into what makes the restaurant tick, maybe share some recipes and tips... we'd love to here from you too - let us know if you'd like us to feature anything.
